Education & Training

Dr. Svane is a graduate of Austin College and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He completed his residency training and received a Master of Science in Dentistry from Baylor University Medical Center.

During his distinguished academic career, Dr. Svane received multiple awards recognizing his excellence in academics, clinical care, and research.

Professional Credentials & Affiliations

Dr. Svane is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, the American Dental Association, and the Southwest Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.

In addition, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry and has published numerous articles in professional journals.

Personal Life

A lifelong resident of Grayson County, Dr. Svane enjoys the outdoors, all things farming, and spending time with his family.
