Honestly, and I don't say this lightly that was the best dental experience I've ever had! Yesterday I had number 31 and 32 extracted which is my bottom right wisdom tooth and the one in front of it now mind you they did put me to sleep so I mean I fell asleep and then it wasn't even an hour later the teeth were gone...I woke up and it was done! And what I don't understand is why I'm waking up this morning with no pain in my jaw I haven't taken any pain medication since 5:00 yesterday afternoon. Anyways I just read the very few negative reviews and I didn't have an experience like that at all so based off of my one time visit there I'll give it 2 thumbs up all day long!

Review to come soon. Will be reporting her the oral surgeon that I dealt with to the State Board for unethical business and patient treatment. When I asked to see a different oral surgeon that is a part of that same practice, was told that none of them would see me. I wasn't even given the chance, nor were the other oral surgeon's who have their practice there to actually make the decision. It had already been made on their behalf, which is unethical and bad business. I was actually told that I ask too many questions. The only questions that I asked were how much my insurance was going to pay, how much out of pocket I was going to have to pay, whether or not I could pay early or would have to pay for it the day of the oral surgery, and how the oral surgeon would be prescribing meds and if there was a pre-op visit. Those are all pertinant and normal questions to be asked BEFORE the procedure. Any other competent oral surgeon and staffing would recognize this and they would show a little professionalism. It was also state that the back and forth with my dentist (which was started and initiated by the oral surgeon herself) was to blame for things as well.

Lady at the front counter was unprofessional and couldn’t understand what a Health Savings Account is. I kept being told I owed $1500 for my wisdom teeth extraction which I knew and that paying with my HSA coverage is “not how that works”. People like that should not be receptionists or have any customer service jobs. Absolute jerk and intellectually incompetent. Additionally the other nurse assistant was rude and asked a ton of unnecessary questions like where I live and how many siblings I have. The people who run this center apparently don’t know how to just be professional and do their jobs. I will definitely be going elsewhere to follow up with my dental health and any future surgeries. Do not recommend.

As a mom of 3, it was like going to the spa! I got back to the room very quickly which left no time for anxiety to kick in. I was immediately put in the chair and monitors attached and a blanket put over me. Dr. Evan’s came in very quick and remembered a conversation we had had 3 weeks prior! He was very friendly and even called to check on me later in the afternoon. I highly recommend this office.
