Dr. Stephen Kaulb is, hands down, one of the most compassionate and patient-focused providers I’ve ever encountered. In a world where patients are often herded in and out like cattle, he does things differently—and it shows. I came to him with a severely decayed molar (tooth 19) and an extremely complex medical profile. I’m a high-risk patient with somatic medical anxiety—my blood pressure spikes under stress and isn’t well-controlled even with cardiac medications. Most doctors rush or dismiss this, but Dr. Kaulb took the time to truly listen. He explained everything clearly, answered every question until I fully understood the procedure and the medical limitations involved, and never once made me feel rushed or unheard. What stood out even more was his awareness and understanding of my neurodivergence. He recognized my need for detailed explanations and extra reassurance—and provided both, gladly. And here’s the part that floored me: he personally called me to check on how I was doing after my visit. In all 8 of my hospitalizations over my 37 years of life, that has never happened. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon who still treats patients like people—not numbers—Dr. Kolb is the one. I can’t recommend him enough.

I went in for the exam over my wisdom teeth, and then was able to make the surgery a week later. They were amazing he is such a nice guy! He even called to check on me later on in the day. His assistant that worked beside him was literally an angel! This is the best office ever! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience at Oral Surgery Center of Texoma. Every staff member was very professional and kind. I just had my wisdom teeth removed 4 days ago and I am healing well. Dr. Evans and the two awesome assistants with him had such great bed side manner. I wish he could be my doctor for everything, not just teeth! 😂 It was my first time going under anesthesia- which was a very odd feeling for me. I hate feeling out of control of my body. But, everything went smoothly and I didn’t feel any pain or remember anything while I was out. I got there at 7:45am and was out of there by about 9am. Hours later, while I was taking it easy at home, Dr. Evans called to check on me- which I really appreciated. I was able to clear up a couple things with him that I was unsure about. Overall great experience! 👍🏼
